"Delivery took sooo long"
My order finally showed up almost 3 weeks late, and I never really got a clear update from anyone. I had to keep chasing support just to figure out what was going on. For what I paid in delivery fees, it was reaaally frustrating

"Good deal, but I felt a bit rushed"
I was in a hurry trying to find a lamp and ended up spotting one here for less than I’d seen on other sites. Shipping wasn’t exactly cheap, which gave me a little pause, but the total price still felt fair for the quality. Overall, I’m happy with it

The site looks good and it does work, but I expected it to be a bit easier to use. The filters can be confusing at times, and checkout felt a little clunky instead of quick and straightforward. Not a bad experience overall, just not as smooth as I was hoping for.

"Cute table, but assembly tested my patience"
I ordered a side table from One Kings Lane, my first gut reaction once it was finally put together was that it looked really nice. It has the look I was hoping for, and it fits the space well.
The assembly wasn’t a total nightmare, but it definitely felt more annoying than it needed to be. The instructions had me second-guessing myself a couple times, and a few of the holes didn’t seem to line up quite right. I ended up redoing one section twice, which was frustrating for such a small piece.
So far the quality feels decent, and I don’t regret buying it, but I kind of knew halfway through putting it together that this wasn’t going to be a super smooth experience. It’s a nice table overall, just not something I’d call amazing.

"Customer service came through for me"
My order from One Kings Lane was showing the wrong delivery date, and I figured it was worth contacting support instead of just waiting and hoping it sorted itself out. I know it might seem like a small thing, but I needed to plan around the delivery, so I didn’t want to ignore it.
The first response took a bit longer than I would’ve liked, but once someone finally got back to me, they were actually helpful. They didn’t just send a generic reply, which I appreciated, and it seemed like they really looked into what was going on.
They got the delivery date fixed and kept me updated after that, so I felt better about the whole thing. It wasn’t a flawless experience, but customer service handled it well enough that I’d still order from them again.

"Really impressed with the packaging"
My order showed up packed super well, with no dents, cracks, or broken pieces at all. You can tell they actually put care into making sure everything arrived safely, which definitely makes me feel confident ordering from them again.

The color looked different from how it was described, which was a little disappointing. It’s not even about that as much as just expecting it to match the listing a bit better.

"Mostly right, just one small mix-up"
My order from One Kings Lane was mostly what I expected, but one of the items showed up in a different color than the one I chose. It wasn’t a dealbreaker for me, but it was a little frustrating because I had picked that color for a reason and it threw off the look I had in mind. The rest of the order arrived fine and matched what I ordered. Customer service did help get it sorted, though it took a bit of back and forth

"Kind of frustrating that everything was out of stock"
I found a chair I really liked and added it to my cart, but then I was told it wasn’t actually available. The same thing happened with two lamps I was looking at. I don’t know, maybe I just had bad timing, but it feels like the site could really use better stock updates.

I ordered this weeks ago and it still hasn’t shown up. I get that deliveries can take a little time, but at some point you’d expect it to actually arrive. Frustrating experience overall

"Chair arrived cracked, but they made it right"
The chair got here with a crack in one of the legs, which was frustrating since I’d already been waiting on the delivery and was excited to set it up. I took a few photos and sent them over to customer service, then kind of just waited... it took a couple days to hear anything back.
Once they did respond, they handled it fairly. They sent out a replacement part and didn’t turn it into some huge back-and-forth, which I appreciated. Not the smoothest experience from start to finish, but they did fix the issue, so... yeah, I’d probably order from them again.
